CUSTOMER SERVICE REpresentative / Data Entry
About the position:
PDCRx is a great downtown Tulsa prescription benefits company that has an immediate full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative. PDCRx is looking for a smart, hard-working, and friendly person to join their team and be part of a growing company. No previous experience in prescription benefits is required. Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work within a team. Pay starts at $12.50/hour. Additional compensation will be given once added to the week of on-call rotation. This rotation will include working a Saturday and Sunday approximately every 5-6 weeks. Full benefits will be available.
Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries from hospice nurses and pharmacists.
Input accurate data and thorough patient profiles and medications.
Provide claim information to pharmacies to ensure proper paid claims for prescription medications.
Provide consistent and professional communication through email, fax, and phone while maintaining a positive attitude towards clients at all times.
Achieve and maintain productivity and quality performance expectations.
Comply with all HIPAA Compliance regulations.
Education: A High School Diploma or a GED is required.
Relevant Work Experience: A minimum of three years experience in Customer Service or Health Care.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Medical office or pharmaceutical background is a plus, but not required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, Word. Data entry is required. Verbal and written communication and telephone etiquette are required. Time management, multitasking, accuracy, and attention to detail are also required. Ability to sit for up to 8 hours and work overtime as needed.
Schedule: Office hours: Mon-Thu 7:30 am to 7:30 pm | Friday 7:30 am
to 6:30 pm
Mon - Thu: Set schedule with staggered start times.
Fridays: Schedule varies weekly and is scheduled one to two months in advance. Saturdays and Sundays: 1 every 5-6 weeks with on-call rotation.
