Hello PDCRx Team!!

Big things are happening, as you have all seen in our first half of 2018. We need to keep the excitement and teamwork going. Please note that the company goals for the calendar year of 2018 are:

1.    15 new clients.
2.    Retain 90% of all current clients.

These goals are very much within our reach if we continue to work together and celebrate all the victories and keep up with communication. To help with this, we will be starting a monthly company newsletter. I promise to try to keep these informative, as well as fun! If you have any suggestions or things you’d like to share with the team, please feel free to let me know.
I want to thank each of you for being a part of our wonderful group. You are all very much appreciated!

Did You Know…

Clients can upload documents directly to our PDC Shared Work site without having to fax or email? This is particularly helpful to share with clients who voice frustrations in the fax system. Anything can be uploaded – new admit paperwork, medication changes or discontinuations, deaths, revocations, etc. Please share with clients that if it is not a new admit but rather just changes to current patients, make a note of the changes. This will make the process shorter for our customer service department to make the appropriate changes in the quickest way possible.

If a client would like more information on how to complete the simple uploads, please direct them to our client relations team – Jaymie ( and/or Jordan (
