keep it simple?

We require Patient Demographics and a Complete Medication Profile so that we can provide you what we have promised, money savings and consolidated billing. This might sound tedious, but we like to make it convenient. We offer four different options when it comes to sending PDC your patient information:
  1. FAX: 888-901-9286
  2. Secure Email to our Customer Service Team:
  3. Upload Online to PDCRx Secure Website, Sharedwork:
  4. Call Customer Service: 888-901-2092
Need access to Sharedwork or would you like more information on how to send PDC your patient information? Reach out to Taylor Bradshaw by phone at 918-516-7372 or by email contact Taylor Bradshaw at

Customer Service Representative

Patty NewmanMeet one of our wonderful Customer Service Representatives, Patty Newman! You know the saying “you can always hear a person’s smile through the phone”? Well, when you call Patty, that’s exactly what you get! She started working for PDC on July 1, 2010. Patty’s passions include her love for dogs and being the full-time caregiver to her 14-year-old goddaughter. In her free time, she enjoys being with friends and family, fishing, and a good bonfire!

Thank you for all that you do Patty! We sure appreciate you!
