Did You Know…

Did you know that PDC likes to
keep it simple?

We require Patient Demographics and a Complete Medication Profile so that we can provide you what we have promised, money savings and consolidated billing. This might sound tedious, but we like to make it convenient. We offer four different options when it comes to sending PDC your patient information:
  1. FAX: 888-901-9286
  2. Secure Email to our Customer Service Team: cs@pdcrx.com
  3. Upload Online to PDCRx Secure Website, Sharedwork: pdcrx.sharedwork.com
  4. Call Customer Service: 888-901-2092
Need access to Sharedwork or would you like more information on how to send PDC your patient information? Reach out to Taylor Bradshaw by phone at 918-516-7372 or by email contact Taylor Bradshaw at taylor@pdcrx.com.

Medication Reviews!!

Big changes are coming, folks!

So for those of you who don’t send us patient med sheets on a regular basis, I strongly encourage you to do so!

Here are a few major reasons why this is important:

1.    Cost containment – With the med sheets, we are able to enter into our system all medications that are specified as either “covered” or “not covered” according to the patient’s diagnosis and the hospice’s prescribing preferences. When we enter something as “not covered” this keeps it from running through at the pharmacy and being billed to the hospice.
