As a Hospice PBM, it’s more commonly accepted to talk about what it is that you DO. At PDC Rx, we would like to, instead, talk about who we ARE.

First and foremost, PDC Rx is a Hospice PBM.
We live and breathe hospice every day. We also never stop learning when it comes to hospice regulations. Being a resource to our customers for anything hospice related is something we take pride in. There is no better
“pat on the back” than when a hospice nurse thanks us for helping them with a problem, no matter how small.

Secondly, PDC Rx is a Clinical Expert.
Our Clinical Team is so much more than an on-call pharmacist. The Clinical Guidance we offer comes from people who have real experience in end-of-life care. Our Clinical Team does not make suggestions based on what your hospice needs. We make suggestions based on what the patient needs. Afterall, the patient is who we all work for.

Thirdly, PDC Rx is a Technology Company.
Through our EMR Interfaces, ePrescribing, and Customized Reporting and Analytics, we can streamline the technology side of hospice care that is required by CMS. PDC Rx is always exploring and releasing new technology with the single goal of improving the end-of-life care that our hospice customers can provide.
