Job:
Prepare and file annual, quarterly, and state-specific regulatory reports and documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact with state Departments of Insurance regarding compliance and regulatory matters. Coordinate with Secretaries of State to register LLCs, file annual reports, and submit required tax documentation. Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and records for licenses, renewal, entities, producer registrations, and regulatory filings. Develop and maintain tracking systems for licenses, entities, producer registrations, reporting requirements, and renewal schedules. Support regulatory inquiries, examinations, and audits by gathering and providing accurate documentation and responses. Calculate and compile claims volume and reimbursement data for regulatory reporting and compliance purposes. Manage and track licensing deadlines to prevent lapses in licensure and maintain continuous operational compliance. Provide exceptional customer service and support to pharmacies and hospices by phone, email, chat, and fax. Troubleshoot pharmacy-related issues, including medication rejections and prior authorizations. Accurately enter data, manage multiple priorities, and follow department policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with HIPAA requirements. Work collaboratively with team members and maintain professional communication with clients and coworkers. Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and assist with after-hours emergency admit calls as required. Training is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the first six weeks. Post-training schedule may vary based on business needs, and overtime may be required. Must have a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience. Healthcare or pharmacy-related experience and working knowledge of medications preferred. Must possess strong time management, multitasking, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
